Nikkei down 0.02%, ASX 200 down 0.33%, KOSPI down 1.02% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Tokyo, 29 Aug - Asian shares closed flat to lower as Nvidia's weaker-than-expected quarterly results weighed on the technology sector.

In Tokyo, the Nikkei 225 closed down 0.02% at 38,362.53 points while in Seoul the KOSPI Composite slipped 1.02% to 2,662.28 points. In Sydney, the S&P ASX 200 closed down 0.33% at 8,045.10 points.

In late trade, the Shanghai Composite index was down 0.41% at 2,825.72 points while the Hong Kong Hang Seng index was up 0.38% at 17,760.00 points. In Mumbai, the Sensex index was 0.17% higher at 81,923.28 points.
