Bridgepoint unit offers 505 pence/shr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 20 Jun - Alpha FMC, a UK consulting firm for the financial industry, said that it has accepted a 626.0 million pound bid from Actium Bidco, a unit of the private equity Bridgepoint.

Actium Bidco is offering 505 pence per share.

The acquisition implies a multiple of approximately 15.3 times Alpha FMC's pre-IFRS 16 adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ended March 31 of 39.9 million pounds, and a multiple of approximately 14.5 times Alpha FMC's post-IFRS 16 adjusted EBITDA of 42.2 million.

The acquisition is expected to complete during the third quarter of 2024, it added.
