Down 0.5% yr/yr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Washington, 27 Jun - US wholesale trade inventories rose 0.6% to 901.6 billion dollars in May from April, according to data by the US Census Bureau.

The reading was above economists' expectations of 0.1%.

Inventories were down 0.5% on the year.

The March to April percentage change was revised from up 0.1% to up 0.2%.
