US May personal income up 0.5% mth/mth

Above expectations (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Washington, 28 Jun - US personal income increased 114.1 billion dollars, or 0.5%, month on month in May, according to the US Bureau of Economic Analysis.

Expectations were for a 0.4% rise.

Disposable personal income (DPI) increased 94.0 billion dollars, or 0.5%, while personal consumption expenditures (PCE) increased 47.8 billion, or 0.2%.
