Above expectations (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Washington, 12 Jul - US producer prices rose 0.2%, on an adjusted basis, month on month in June, according to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.

On an unadjusted basis, prices rose 2.6% for the 12 months ended in June, it said. It was the largest advance since moving up 2.7% for the 12 months ended March 2023.

Expectations were for a 0.1% increase on the month and a 2.3% rise on the year.
