Down 0.2% yr/yr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 19 Jul - UK retail sales volumes are estimated to have fallen by 1.2% month on month in June 2024, following a rise of 2.9% in May, according to the Office for National Statistics.

Volumes fell by 0.2% over the year to June, and were 1.3% below their pre-coronavirus pandemic level in February 2020.

Sales volumes fell 0.1% in the second quarter of 2024, when compared with the first quarter, and decreased 0.2% year on year.
