June retail sales down revised 0.9% mth/mth (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 16 Aug - In July, UK retail sales volumes rose by 0.5% month on month after falling 0.9% in June, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

June sales were revised up from a 1.2% fall in the ONS's previous estimate.

Sales volumes rose by 1.1% in the three months to July, when compared with the three months to April.
