June business confidence 94.5 vs 95.1 in May (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Rome , 27 Jun - In June, consumer confidence in Italy rose to 98.3 from 96.4 in May while business confidence decreased to 94.5 from 95.1, data from statistics institute Istat showed.

Among components of the consumer confidence index, the economic climate and future climate components rose the most markedly, increasing to 105.3 from 101.9, and to 98.7 from 95.7, respectively. The personal climate component rose to 95.8 from 94.4 and the current climate component to 98.1 from 97.0.
