Aiming for 1% GDP growth (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Rome, 09 Jul - Italy's target for 1% growth in gross domestic product (GDP) is "well within our reach," said economy minister Giancarlo Giorgetti.

Giorgetti, who was speaking at the annual meeting of Italian banking association ABI, added that the growth trend in Italy is "comforting".
