EU Q1 house prices up 0.4% qtr/qtr, up 1.3% yr/yr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Brussels , 05 Jul - In the first quarter of 2024, house prices fell by 0.4% in the euro area and rose by 1.3% in the European Union compared with the same quarter of the previous year, according to data from EU statistical office Eurostat.

In the fourth quarter of 2023, house prices fell by 1.2% in the euro area and rose by 0.2% in the EU.

Compared with the fourth quarter of 2023, house prices fell by 0.1% in the euro area and rose by 0.4% in the EU in the first quarter of 2024.
