May raw material prices up 7.6% yr/yr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Ottawa, 21 Jun - Prices of products manufactured in Canada, as measured by the Industrial Product Price Index (IPPI), were unchanged month over month in May and rose 1.8% on a yearly basis, according to Statistics Canada.

Prices of raw materials purchased by manufacturers operating in Canada, as measured by the Raw Materials Price Index (RMPI), declined 1.0% month over month in May 2024 and increased 7.6% year over year.
