International Care Company S.p.A. is specialized in the development of healthcare and telecare services for improving the safety, quality of life and independence of foreign nationals living in Italy. Net sales are divided across the following activities:
- global assistance services (49.1%): managing health-, home- and car-related problems;
- telemedicine and remote assistance services (25.1%): providing video advice for general and specialist physicians, offering geolocation services for doctors and pharmacies, identifying the most suitable medicines according to symptoms, etc.;
- call center management and sale of satellite systems (18.2%);
- management of insurance claims on behalf of third parties (7.6%): healthcare, car and travel insurance claims.
Italy accounts for 66.9% of net sales.
