Fidia S.p.A.is one of the world's leaders in designing, producing, and marketing machine-tools for use in machining molds with complex shapes. Net sales break down by family of products and services as follows:
- high-speed milling systems (50%);
- after-sale services (42.5%);
- digital control systems (7.5%): digital controls, variators, milling head control and calibration systems, etc. The group also offers computer-assisted manufacturing (CAM) software used for automated creation of machine-tool digital control programs.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (11.8%), Europe (19%), South America and North America (36.8%), Asia (32.3%) and other (0.1%).
