- sale of software packages (86.5%): software for financial management, human resource management, customer relations, purchasing, etc. The group also provides maintenance services;
- consulting (13.5%): mainly consulting and training services.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Germany (15.6%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (29.6%), the United States (31.9%), the Americas (7.5%), Japan (4.7%) and Asia/Pacific (10.7%).
