Through our extensive IPO experience, we advised on numerous transactions including a wide variety of issuers across sectors and industries, selling shareholder, and underwriting banks. Further, we have an extensive experience in rights offerings and have been involved in the most complex recapitalization of Italian issuers in the last few years.
