Who we are

We are an independent financial company specialized in providing advisory services in the operations in the field of Investment Banking (IPO Advisory, M&A Advisory, Debt Advisory) and Capital Markets (Equity Research, Investor Relations) . We have been active since 2010.

We support companies and entrepreneurs in their strategic growth path by offering an integrated and synergistic approach in extraordinary finance operations and access to capital markets (equity and debt capital), thanks to a team of highly qualified professionals.

We have supported over 50 companies as financial advisors for IPO, M&A and Debt Advisory operations. We have assisted more than 50 companies with our Equity Research and Investor Relations activity.

We are the leading Equity Research company in Italy, coming first among independent providers, particularly on the Euronext Growth Milan market, with over 20 companies having completed their IPO with our research. Post IPO, we also offer IR services and organize investor conferences to identify national and international institutional investors.
