4 January 2016 - Ferrari: first day in Borsa Italiana

At the conclusion of the separation process from FCA, from January 4, 2016 the shares issued by Ferrari N.V. will be traded on the Main Market (MTA) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.

Symbol of quality and exclusivity, Ferrari produces unique cars for performances, innovation, technology, driving pleasure and design. Cars that represent the greatest Made in Italy: entirely designed and produced in Maranello, in Italy, but sold in more than 60 markets around the world through a network of 180 authorized sellers.

Well-known for its prestigious cars, but even more admired for the awards won in racing challenges: Ferrari has collected 15 Drivers’ World Championship, 16 Constructors' World Championships, 14 Sports Brands’ World Championships, 9 wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, 8 at the Mille Miglia, 7 at the Targa Florio competition and 216 victories in Gran Prix races.

On October 2014, the FCA Group (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, the automotive group created by the merger between Fiat SpA and the Chrysler Group) announced its intention to spin-off the Ferrari from the Group. The first stage of the separation took place in October 2015 with the IPO at NYSE with the sale of the 10% of the stock held by FCA. The process ends with the listing of Ferrari in Milan, with the transfer of the 80% of the shares still held by FCA to its shareholders.
