According to its rules, the Committee can avail itself of (up to) five experts in the field which will give their opinion on the updating of the Code.
Presently the experts are:
- Bruno Cova (Lawyer)
- Piergaetano Marchetti (Bocconi University - Milan)
- Angelo Provasoli (Bocconi University - Milan)
