Piazza Affari shines

EUR / USD makes timid gains, progressing by +0.26%. Gold is up +1.16% at 2,589.1 dollars per ounce. A day of solid gains for Light Sweet Crude Oil, which is up +1.98%.

The Spread retreats slightly to +132 basis points, down -2 BPs, while the Italy BTP 10-year yield stands at +3.48%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt impresses with a +1.55% rise, a positive performance for London, which advances by a notable +0.91%, and Paris takes off (+2.29%).

The Italian stock market closes on the plus side, with the FTSE MIB +1.16% up; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share holds onto solid gains, ending the day at 36,206 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap puts in an excellent performance (+1.8%); on the same trend direction, the FTSE Italia Star improves sharply (+1.74%).

Among Italy's best performing large-caps, Campari boasts a +9.54% increase as investors scramble to get their hands on shares.

An ebullient Brunello Cucinelli is up +4.53%.

Prysmian sparkles, managing to pull off a +3.96% increase.

Ferrari's +3.79% surge cheers investors.

Inwit sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -2.17% lower.

Terna declines by a notable -1.98%.

Hera is struggling, -1.96% down.

ERG suffers losses of 1.95%.

MFE B (+15.24%), MFE A (+14.08%), Carel Industries (+5.03%) and Cementir (+4.39%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.

Ascopiave sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -1.39% lower.

Juventus contracts moderately by -1.14%.

Iren is subdued, shedding -1.09%.

Philogen falls just below its previous value.
