Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt drifts -0.41% lower, London reports no significant price changes in the absence of fresh cues, and Paris totters along with a modest -0.5% decline.
The Borsa Italiana closes flat, with the FTSE MIB settling at 33,841 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share has neither shame nor gain as it closes unchanged at 35,973 points.
