European markets close up, Milan on the backfoot
(Teleborsa) - Europe's bourses all close on the plus side, with the exception of Milan, where stocks end on a weak note. On the US market trading is up for the S&P-500.
EUR / USD trades down -0.44% in a weak session. Gold advances with a fractional gain of +0.28%. Light Sweet Crude Oil shows a strong decline (-1.5%) as it touches 69.93 dollars per barrel.
The Spread is broadly on the previous day's level as it settles at +129 basis points, while the Italy ten-year BTP is at +3.44%.
Among the European markets, Frankfurt performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.68% rise, resilient London registers a small increase of 0.36%, and Paris is basically unchanged, reporting a scant +0.1% variation.
