Bologna airport is the 70th STAR of Borsa Italiana

-       The company raised about  €63,2 million at IPO

-       18th debut on Borsa Italiana in 2015

Today Bologna airport G. Marconi debuts on the STAR segment of MTA, the main market of Borsa Italiana.

Bologna airport is the seventh in Italy by number of passengers and the fourth in terms of global connectivity.

Bologna airport G. Marconi raised about €63,2 million at IPO (excluding the greenshoe option), with a market capitalisation of about €162,4 million.
Intermonte is the sponsor and Banca IMI is responsible for the placement and global coordinator of the offering.
