Profile and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in data-focused positions with a proven track record of leading large-scale data projects and programs
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, including experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex data initiatives on time and within budget
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in MS Dynamics being highly desirable.

Your profile

  • Prior experience in Public sector sales and strong understanding of the Partner landscape in Europe, particularly the Netherlands is preferred

The Marketing Specialist Intern will report to the Marketing & Business Development Manager at Euronext Corporate Solutions and operate in line with the marketing coordinator, supporting the team to create and manage marketing campaigns and helping to develop effective marketing activities :

 

His/her key responsibilities will include

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing campaign activity across our digital channels. Help with content creation and management for website, email, and social media.

Your profile

  • Proven experience of 5-10 years in a product management, business development or sales support role.
  • Expert knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
  • Excellent client facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
  • Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
  • Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
  • Pan-European business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations.

We are looking for a Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands. This new position will report directly to the Head of ELITE Europe, ad interim covered by the CEO of ELITE.

Amongst other projects, the Manager, Business Development & Sales - Netherlands be accountable for the below activities:

  • Strategic commercial development for Netherlands: develop and execute an effective commercial plan to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships to increase ELITE’s footprint and rollout of new services, in coordination with Product / Marketing teams

  • Revenue management: develop and maintain revenues (including on a recurring basis) with existing and new clients by leveraging on the value proposition of product /service on Dutch scope

  • Relationship management: make tactical and strategic contacts at the management level through client networks and other channels

  • Support to build the new Sales & Relationship Management approach in Europe to ensure and drive the execution of a structured Relationship Management model, in order to ensure continuous engagement with paying members (both companies and partners)

  • Product & market development: build specific, sector-oriented knowledge for the various products. Identify market developments and translate them into sales activities (outbound)

  • Work closely with Product Teams (Membership and Capital Services) in order to coordinate product proposition and facilitate go-to market/distribution

  • Develop the strategic partnerships in Netherlands (including banks, corporates, Government, institutional bodies, opinion makers) to pave the way for ELITE to become one of the most relevant players in private companies support in Europe

  • Coordinate cross-selling activities and increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)


Your profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with a track record in Sales and Business Development

  • Corporate Finance background

  • Agile and proactive style, able to balance the competing demands of the role

  • Strong commercial and relational skills supported by analytical and structured working style

  • Team player with a proactive approach, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven

  • Strong and proactive communicator and leader

  • Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.

  • Pan-European business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations is a plus.

  • Languages: Dutch and English are mandatory - any other european language (italian, spanish, french) is a plus
